Competant, Prinicipled and Clear
We have used Mr. Tarry for contract review and found him to be incredibly helpful to us. He is easy to talk to and understand. He is very good about getting back to us quickly. He listens carefully and pays attention to detail. We see high integrity and solid skills to help bring clarity and peace of mind to the situation at hand. We would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a sharp, conscientious and dependable attorney. We feel lucky to have found him to help us.
Extremely Personable, Very Detail Oriented, & Diligent
After being sued by a client who breached our service contract Mr Tarry worked very patiently over one weekend to educate my client and their representation on the law and their obligations. Within a few weeks the entire matter was resolved and I ended up with a handsome settlement. It was all possible because Mr Tarry was committed to an outcome to which we were legally entitled. Be smart, choose Tarry Law.
Highly Recommend! Excellent Lawyer! Attorney Tarry cares about his clients!
I can write all day long and it still won't be enough to praise how dedicated Attorney Tarry is. I was in a stressful legal situation regarding my real estate sales contract. There were confusing terms stated in the contract and needed legal advice. Attorney Tarry helped me with my situation. He is very knowledgeable! I would highly recommend Attorney Tarry!!
Looks out for your best interest
My wife & I recently engaged a general contractor to build our first home and we reached out to Micah to review the contract because of a few concerns that we had regarding the terms. Micah was very thorough in his analysis and determined that there was indeed language "outside the norm" of these types of transactions. Using the information he provided, we were able to negotiate better terms and it made us a lot more comfortable with the entire process. I would highly recommend.
Real Estate Questions
After recently selling our house, the buyer's real estate agent began asking my wife and I to pay for various work they had contracted at the house. The work took place after we all signed closing papers. The buyer's real estate agent cited confusing and demanding clauses within the initial real estate sales contract. Attorney Tarry provided solid and knowledgeable advice about our rights as the sellers of the house. His patience and follow-through were outstanding. I would recommend attorney Tarry to anyone that might have questions concerning real estate laws or contracts.
